2024 - I AM A PANCREATIC CANCER SURVIVOR THANKS TO DONORS LIKE YOU!  My team is full of survivors of various cancers!   New discoveries are being made every day - we just have to outrun it!  That is what we are doing with our fundraising!  All of the funds raised by the Warrior Weekend will go directly to finding cures for all cancers.  

This fundraiser is specifically for Pancreatic Cancer Research.  Pancreatic cancer today - is where Prostate cancer was 100 years ago.  Right now, a pancreatic cancer diagnosis is devastating and almost certainly is lethal.  Thanks to the skillful surgeons, oncologists and research at Wilmot - my life was spared.  But,  - I'm a unicorn - a rare survivor.  I need a herd of unicorns.  The research, oncologists and surgeons are making progress but we can't do it without your generosity and my team's outreach..  

I am proud to participate in the Wilmot Warrior Weekend on September 29 – October 1st, 2023, in Rochester, NY. Wilmot Warrior Weekend is more than just a first-class cycling, walk, and running event – it’s a celebration and movement fueled to create new life saving treatments and cures for cancer patients in New York and around the world.

All fundraising will advance world class pancreatic cancer research of Dr Darren Carpizo at the Wilmot Cancer Institute and the University of Rochester. Please consider supporting my efforts by donating to out fundraiser and let’s leave cancer in the dust.
