I am proud to participate in the Wilmot Warrior Weekend on September 21st & 22nd, 2024 in Rochester, NY. Wilmot Warrior Weekend is more than just a first-class cycling, walk, and running event – it’s a celebration and movement fueled to create new life saving treatments and cures for cancer patients in New York and around the world.

My father and I became actively involved in fundraising with the Wilmot Cancer Center many years ago after they so caringly treated my mother, who had Stage 4 Uterine Cancer, until her death several years ago.  

Sadly, this past Fall our amazing daughter Megan was diagnosed with Stage 3 Melanoma and began her treatment journey at Wilmot with her incredible care team.  They've been so supportive, informative and beyond caring and thoughtful with Megan.  She is an incredible young lady who has dedicated her life to helping others as a Paramedic/First Responder.  Her father and I couldn't be more proud of the outstanding young lady (hero) she has become.  She's touched so many lives through the years and positively impacted her community in more ways than one.  She's a warrior by nature and WILL win this war!  Cancer be warned!!!!!
