May 29, 2022 Karter was immediately transported to Golisano after being born with a shockingly large tumor on the back of her head. After days of testing and research a team of pediatric doctors had reached a mutual diagnosis and helped us navigate through our new life with our baby girl! They took such great care of Karter and helped our family navigate through one of the most challenging, scary times of our lives. We are eternally grateful for our team at Golisano, and consider ourselves so fortunate to have such a wonderful children’s hospital at arms reach, that’s filled with a plentiful amount of knowledge and compassion.
