This year we walk in honor of our miraculous micro Trinity Cody. Almost 5 years old now! Almost walking unassisted. She is now Off the vent all dayonyl on when she is asleep. Doing amazing things! Born at 27 weeks and weighed only one pound she spent 597 days in the nicu and picu.  She has had many blood transfusions, surgies, xrays, and iv pokes.Now she has been home as of June 1st. 1247 days! So we want to celebrate her amazing life at home so far by raising 1247$ for the palliative care Team. They have done so much for us and many children fighting medical challenges. They do more than end care. They advocate and help when you have issues, they help with doctors and meds also.
