Welcome to Team Byron’s page!! We are Strolling for Golisano this year simply put because our son Byron loved his nurses on 7North! He called them his “girlfriends”
From the moment we entered the 7North wing we felt at home. Our son was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma in May of 2022. Something a parent never wants to hear. “Your child has cancer” But our son was never afraid to go to the hospital for treatment or to go see his “girlfriends” or doctors because he knew he was loved & cared about. We can’t thank you all enough.. This is why we a walking and will continue to donate & remember everyone of you all like family.
Byron fought till the end and lost his battle on April 14, 2023…
