The annual Stroll for Strong Kids Walk and 5K Run will be held on Saturday,June 1, 2024 where Golisano Children's Hospital supporters will enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere full of activities.Please join us for the stroll and or 5k run to support this wonderful hospital!!The theme is pirates or mermaids.We have participated in the Stroll almost every year since 1998. In 1998, John was diagnosed with a brain tumor.  The hospital became like a second home for 6 years.We met wonderful doctors, nurses, other staff, and employees. John loved participating in all the activities involving the hospital.He received excellent care, both medical and emotional. Our family needs and concerns were also addressed.John passed in 2004 and we continue to participate in the Stroll and other activities in his honor/memory. We want to see continued growth in the hospital. We are extremely grateful that we have this hospital in our area and want to continue to pay it forward.
