This year, the boys made the very sweet decision to run in honor of their 1st grade teacher, Mrs. Adams! Robbie had Mrs. Adams during COVID (2020-21), and she was an amazing teacher via Zoom for the first half of the year, and we were so excited when Robbie got to go into the classroom to be with her in person for the second half of the year!

Patrick was fortunate enough to have Mrs. Adams last year for 1st grade, until she went out on medical leave at the end of September. Mrs. Adams was out from September to March, and came back for the end of the year! Patrick told me that the only thing that would have made 1st grade better, was if Mrs. Adams didn't have cancer! CANCER SUCKS! and we're so glad that Mrs. Adams is back in the classroom, and we hope that she has an amazing new crop of 1st graders to love on this year! I am proud to participate in the Wilmot Warrior Weekend on September 29 – October 1st, 2023, in Rochester, NY. Wilmot Warrior Weekend is more than just a first-class cycling, walk, and running event – it’s a celebration and movement fueled to create new life saving treatments and cures for cancer patients in New York and around the world.
