I am proud to participate in the Wilmot Warrior 5k on September 22nd, 2024 in honor of my Mom, Marianne Eisenhardt. My Mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in April of 2022. After undergoing the whipple surgery immediately after diagnosis mom began treatment at Wilmot Cancer Center at the University of Rochester. She began with a 3 dose chemo regimen in July of 2022 and they have been treating her through clinical trials and chemo since. 

The amazing care that she receives from Wilmot has always focused on whole person treatment, providing new and innovative treatment approaches that focus on stopping the spread of cancer and allowing her to live her best life. We are so grateful for the care she receives here and hope that this event will help to fund additional advances in cancer research for her and others. 

All fundraising will advance world class cancer research and survivorship programs at the Wilmot Cancer Institute and the University of Rochester. Please consider supporting my efforts by donating to my fundraiser and let’s leave cancer in the dust!
