Thank you for visiting my Wilmot Warrior page! 
Training starts today 6/1 - 21 miles on the greenway and Lehigh trails.  For the next few months I will be switching up distance, pace and days off each week to build the endurance needed. 

As most of you know - I am an 18 year CLL/SLL (a type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma) survivor.  
I ride for so many friends and family who have been patients at Wilmot.  Sadly I lost both Uncle Mel Keenan and my cousin Michael Keenan to cancer this past year. Mel was a 27 year follicular Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma patient. He was well known and loved  at Wilmot. Michael spent very little time there as he was diagnosed with advanced kidney cancer that spread to everywhere leading him to hospice and heaven fast.
