Patrick is definitely a Strong Kid!  

Patrick spent over 5 weeks at Golisano Children’s Hospital when he was born in January 2023. He had his omphalocele repaired a few days after birth. He then had open-heart surgery at 9 days old to repair an interrupted aortic arch. 

Patrick revisited GCH when he had RSV in the fall of 2023.

We are so grateful for the teams at GCH - the nurses, respiratory therapists, and doctors in the NICU, the PCCC, and the 8th floor. We also received so much support from Child Life and Social Work and beyond. Every person we came in contact with was incredibly supportive and caring.
