The annual Stroll for Strong Kids Walk and 5K Run will be held on June 1st, 2024, where Golisano Children’s Hospital supporters will enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere full of activities.

I am walking this year during the weekend of June 1st Stroll for Strong Kids and 5K! On May10th 2020, my grandsons, Clark and Kevin were born early to my son, Geoffrey and daughter-in law, Allie. While Kevin came home alone with his Mom, Clark was rushed over to Strong Hospital.

Clark was diagnosed with 4 congenital heart defects. Strong's Golisano Children's Hospital provided him with world class care, and ultimately saved his life. The family owes everything to the Hospital for saving little Clark life!

This year, we are not only celebrating Clark’s 4rd Heart-aversary, but Kevin’s speech struggles and his struggles to conquer them. Fast forward to 2023 and 2024, Kevin was diagnosed with a cleft palate that was the culprit to all his speech difficulties! Total reconstructive surgery was performed and his speech has been improving significantly! 

The team would love to have you join us and help support the amazing doctors, nurses, support staff, parents and children at the hospital!
