Welcome to Flamingo Joyce’s team page! We are riding this year to honor Joyce Piarulli  who passed away from breast cancer last year. I miss her more than words can explain and I hope that someday they find a cure to this disease that has impacted the lives of so many of us.

I am proud to join the fight against breast cancer this year. Each year, thousands are diagnosed with cancer. By coming together, the community can make a difference for all those breast cancer impacts. Towpath Bike Shop and the Towpath Community Foundation will host the annual Go Pink! ride and run on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at Mendon Ponds Park in Rochester. The event includes 10/25/50 mile rides and 5K trail run and post-race celebration. Proceeds support the Breast Cancer Research Initiative at the Wilmot Cancer Institute.
