Virtual 10K/5K information 

How do you complete a virtual 10K/5K?

You can register as an individual or as part of a team. The virtual 10K/5K allows you to walk or run on your own, at any time of day, in any place you like! The only rules are that you complete the distance (10K/6.2mi or 5K/3.1mi) during the assigned race period and track your own time. You can track this using a number of different options: a GPS watch, your smartphone via many apps (MapMyRun, Runkeeper, Strava, etc.), or go to a known 10K/5K course outside and follow the map! You can even use a treadmill if you would prefer to stay indoors. 

How long do I have to finish the race?

The race period is anytime between 9 a.m. Friday, September 10 and 5 p.m. Sunday, September 12. Please run and submit your finishing time during this period. 

What do I do after I finish my 5K/10K?

Once you finish your race, submit your time here to receive a finisher's certificate and t-shirt. Be sure to check our website to see your time posted!
